Heaven’s eyes like diamonds
sparkle beautiful and bright
Heaven’s laugh like music
tinkling and light.
Heaven is beside me
dreams they do come true
Heaven is embodied
all in perfect you
Close enough to heaven
to look her in the eyes.
Close enough to see my dreams
but know they’ll pass me by
Close enough to touch her
yet my hands are very still
Close enough to look at her
and be sure of what I feel
Close enough to heaven
to breath her deeply in
marvel in amazement
at her perfect skin
